It's So Simple task So only for new freelancers.
OK Just See what you can do with Payoneer:
1. Monthly card account maintenance $3 ($1 if there are 2+ transactions in a month)
2. Per withdrawal from ATM $2.15
3. Declined ATM withdrawal $0.90
4. Balance inquiry using ATM booth $0.90
5. Online/offline purchase using the card is free
6. Card replacement $12.95
What you need to open it ?
1.Age at-last 18 years
2.National ID/Passport or Driving Licence
OK So for open a Payoneer account and get MasterCard at first go to the www.odesk.com and log in to your account then go to Profile and Click Get Paid under "my contractor profile" now you can see the option Add a Payment Method Now you can get a popup window with some payment method like PayPal,Payoneer debit MasterCard,Moneybookers ,Wire transfer,Direct deposit (ACH) Click Set Up on the Payoneer Now you will redirect a Payoneer page (If they Want give your security Question ans for skip the page) just scrool up the next page and Click Sing up Button . Now you have to fell up all information they want.Give you Full name,Age,Email,Country,Full address,City,Zip Code,two mobile number,User Email,Password,One Security Question, your National ID/Passport or Driving Licence NO: ,Licence Issue and Expire date. Now mark all three Box to agree and Click Finish.Very Soon you will get approved mail on your Email and If you get a available money on your oDesk account You will also get your Card Soon on your address for Free! .
